L-Ascorbic Acid, Phytocapsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (Vegetable Magnesium Stearate), Glazing Agent (Ethyl Cellulose) 

Does not contain: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products and no preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavors or colors are used in the preparation.

It is taken as a dietary supplement for adults, 1 phytocapsule daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the instructions for use.
